We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later with Afterpay and Klarna. See Payment Methods.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by trusted, PCI-DSS compliant providers over an encrypted connection. We never store your full card details.

Are prices in AUD and do they include GST?
Yes — all prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to help.

Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by item and destination and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery is approx. 2–8 business days to metro areas and longer for regional/remote areas. See Shipping & Delivery.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, or visit Order Tracking.

Why did my items arrive separately?
Some orders ship from different warehouses, so items may arrive on different days at no extra cost.

What is your returns policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in original unused condition. See Returns & Refunds.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
Email [email protected] within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.
