Where we deliver
We deliver right across Australia, including all major cities, regional centres and most remote areas. At this time we ship within Australia only and do not offer international delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated automatically based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Your exact shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees. Larger or heavier items may carry a higher delivery charge, and some remote-area postcodes may attract a surcharge, which will also be shown at checkout.
Dispatch times
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, sales or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra): approx. 2–8 business days
- Regional areas: approx. 5–12 business days
- Remote areas & WA/NT: may take longer
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Because our range is sourced from multiple warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately and on different days at no extra cost to you.
Tracking your order
Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, and you can follow its progress any time on our Order Tracking page.
Delivery addresses & PO boxes
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as we may be unable to redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Some bulky items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers — a street address is recommended.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for faulty or damaged items.
