While most metro customers receive their parcels faster, we guarantee that all orders are delivered within the 3–10 business day window unless impacted by external factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or natural events).

Orders placed on weekdays are generally processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, items are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
