At HyggoFurniture.com, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and hassle-free. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping & delivery.
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding local public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST begin processing the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM process the next business day.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you by email if any delays occur.
- Each order receives a quality check, secure packaging, and preparation for dispatch.
- You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Australia Local Shipping
Standard shipping within Australia—no express option. Delivery in 3–8 business days to all metro and regional addresses.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. For returns, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Track your order via our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier’s site.
